Basina is a small, quiet village on northern side of Hvar island. It's surrounded with a thick pine woods, olive, lavender and vine fields. Larger cities like Stari Grad, Jelsa or Hvar are just 6 to 7 min drive away. Basina can be reached by ferry from Split to Starigrad, or from Drvenik to Sućuraj. During the summer season there is a grocery shop open with most of the necessities.
